1. Custom-Made Products:
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom-made products, we cannot accept returns on these items. If you experience issues or have concerns regarding your custom-made product, please contact Rapide Tankers Ltd directly. We will do our utmost to assist you and find a suitable solution.

2. Spare Parts:
Returns are accepted for spare parts purchased from Rapide Tankers Ltd. However, please note:

  • All returned spare parts must be in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return.
